One of my friend got bitten by the bed bugs.and it completely ruined her day.wer supposed to stay till lunch but we got scared that bed bugs spread all over our stuff and bring it all home.

Bed not comfortable, pillows too big and hard.No swimming pool open which I had looked forward to swimming to relax.

Nice staff. It was nice to have an air conditioner, fridge, and microwave. We forgot to use the pool but that would have been helpful after the long walk down to the waterfall. Go to Phils for cheap and good food. It's just up the hill from the inn.

Stuffy room smell at first. Air con helped with that. I had to ask for two more pillows from the office since only two were provided.

Good shower and the bed was comfortable.

The office door was very dirty and the girl behind the desk was not busy. Not a good welcome. The room was tidy but need painting badly.

The noise from younger crowd at 2 am is not good at all. The office opens at nine am not good if you have a problem with the noise who do you contact .

The fact that it was so central and no fuss at all was made over the fact that I am disabled and had a therapy dog with me ! It was very centr and at first I thought it was going to be noisy... but it wasn't !

The paintwork was poor...

There were many items on the property bearing the "Econolodge" name telling me that this property once was theirs but lost its status. There was about one foot of black infested water in the pool!

Just needed some upgrading bathrooms weren't clean meaning walls and such and microwave looked like something was burnt in it also fridge was so old didn't work well at all

I enjoyed how friendly and helpful the staff were. The room was very clean, the beds were made perfectly, we were allowed an early check in, so that worked perfect with our schedule! I felt very safe in the neighbourhood we were in, and it was just a short walk to the falls! Good for exercise!

The bathroom sink in my room was dripping on the floor, I just put the garbage can underneath it. The hairdryer in the connecting room to ours didn't work.

Mainly just the location within walking distance of most places

Location for our trip was perfect. Staff was nice and the room was quieter then expected.

Towels and sheets had hair on them. Decor and mattress could use updating.
